June 9, 2017 - Surprised by how closed down this wine was for the first 3-4 hours. You get that under current of fruit but it was braced by this big tannic wall. By the end of the night it finally opened up and a wave of cool sweet fruit and an almost steely mint streak ran through the back end. Really good, but still needs some time to strut its stuff.
