June 3, 2021 - Wow! This bottle is prob the best I’ve had in quite a while. 2 hr decant. Rich deep cassis, cherries and sage on the nose with complex mouth, more flavours than i can identify. Long finish. I cant imagine this getting better than this. I have one more bottle, just need to choose who to enjoy this with. Had with vince and merm.

February 29, 2020 - Super smooth high quality wine, offering raspberry, sage and bellpepper aromas. Definitely ready to drink. Won't improve from here, but can be cellared for at least 3 more year to enjoy it at its peak. One more bottle to go...

December 27, 2017 - This is a 2012 Nota Bene with extended time in barrel. Quality wise, it’s on par with the last few vintages of Nota Bene. Quite aromatic on the nose, with very typical sage, red berries and secondary aromas. The tannins are already pretty round and soft, but there’s no doubt in my mind this wine will last for another 5-6 years.
