May 13, 2010 - An almost port like wine-- outlier as far as a zin profile goes. Some chocolate on the nose. Jammy. Some licorice. Big fruit and syrupy. Hot at first but softens a bit after a while. Some tannins. Don't know how much longer it would have kept. Big but, after all is said and done, not really complex.

May 6, 2010 - Overdone, syrupy and lacking any complexity.

March 21, 2010 - Really still enjoying this wine -- easy, sweet fruity drink, but really fun... sorry to see it go. Probably has a little more time left, but no reason to wait.

    August 5, 2009 - Spoiled

August 3, 2009 - Pulled this one from the fridge and slowly had this bottle over three hours. Amazing fruit almost prune like, spice, vanilla and cinnamon. No heavy tannins to speak of, but a nice long finish. Almost a port like experience. Makes it worth the years in the cellar to have an experience like this.
