March 22, 2024 - Other than a slight bronze note this is a fresh and lively Chablis. Forgot it a bit long but glad I did. Pedigree shows.

May 27, 2018 - Pale greenish color. Bought this off the list at Octo Fishbar, split bottle over 90 minutes plus.. Found this on the list doing reconnaissance before dinner and saw it was a KL selection - which is always a good indicator. Went with it after reading all the nice notes on CT and was not disappointed. At $55 on the list, so not too bad, and corkage would have been 20 or 25 there anyway. Interestingly the first bottle was corked but second one delivered. Very good typicity, lots of steely minerality and tart focused citrus with a god lime infusion to give it some kick. Well balanced and showing good acidity, there's also enough brine and seaweed here to give some extra interest. 91+ to 92pts.

February 8, 2017 - light golden in color with mineral notes, bracing oily mineral blend with some body and texture
December 22, 2016 - deep gold, aromas of pale apple, bracing mineral and oily fruit, complex
December 6, 2016 - Very aromatic with smell of the sea, oyster shell, lemon and minerals. Medium body with nice fresh finish. Good value.
August 28, 2016 - I love this Chablis with its minerality, grilled lemon, sea salt, a little chalk, and maybe a little bit of truffles. Nice finish too.
