September 29, 2022 - Powerful, yet elegant nose of apples, lemon, minerals, white peach, and white pepper. Lots of acidity with lemon notes, chalk, spices, and ginger on the palate. Long finish. Amazing wine!

Bu sur 2 jours, plus ouvert le second.
Au nez bien typé Chardonnay, en bouche peu de gras, de la droiture et une touche herbacée qui me fait penser à certains chenins.
Cette bouteille me semble un ton au-dessous des précédentes.
February 11, 2021 - Initially it had a strange level of reduction. Blows off some but never quite subsiding completely. Hint of natty, with rich orchard fruit, pineapple. Nice fruity acidity, with medium weight. Doesn't quite have the complexity of the Antide in comparison, but I enjoyed the wine.
November 11, 2020 - Such a treat to drink Ganevat. I was a bit surprised by the inviting buttery almond nose. felt very creamy, unlike any other Ganevat I had. the taste was more jura-like. At first not completely in balance but after half an hour it is totally there! a bit of smokiness as well. Damn delicious!
November 11, 2020 - Lemon, apple and touch of nuttiness on the nose. Broad but lively palate with great acidity keeping everything together. Not showing its age at all.
Done in a Burgundian style but with a very clear Jura profile.
June 10, 2020 - Ouvre sur de jolies notes citronnées, puis cire d'abeille, puis minéral.
Goûté durant 3 jours, bien typé Chardonnay d'une région plus fraîche, puis m'a fait pensé à un chenin le 2ème jour et à nouveau chardonnay le 3ème jour (Chablis).
April 14, 2020 - Vino che ha bisogno di un po’ di aria per distendersi , non è uno Chardonnay da profumi di frutta ma più sul minerale , citrico. In bocca ancora è presente una predominante acidità ma non fastidiosa , anzi è quella che ti fa venire voglia di bere il secondo e poi terzo bicchiere.. e così via.. bella lunghezza, ora è nella giusta finestra di beva
March 16, 2020 - Weightless concentration. Lemon sherbet with a creamy mouthfeel, intense minerality, nice nuttiness and hints of vanilla. With a rock-solid construction and virtually timeless in its development, this will probably cruise effortlessly for several years. These are the kinds of bottles we finish in one go - grateful that they even exist.

Au nez, fait penser à un Bourgogne du nord comme l'a justement dit A.
Vif, minéral, affûté d'abord, puis citronné et arrondi, encore meilleur le 2ème jour.
Comment souvent l'apogée indiqué relève de la farce, ce vin continuera à se développer harmonieusement durant une décennie.
