March 18, 2007 - had this bottle with pat, fernanda and nick overlooking the ocean in boca. a worthy but not particularly exciting montepulciano d'abruzzo. nice fruit, mostly blackberry. good color. clean but modest finish. was looking for their plateo but couldn't find it. this turned out to be a modest substitute. nevertheless, it was enjoyed by all.
