  March 22, 2017 - - Crimsom color - En gryende mursteinsrd farge som man tydelig ser dette er en litt eldre vin. Luftet i en time i karaffel fr servering. Duft av mrke rde br, kirsebr, nyslatt hy, sopp, fjs og urter. Intens, kompleks og en forfrende vin. Lag pa lag mter et anslag i munnen med aroma av knust kirsebrstein samt et etterflgende stlig hint av fruktkjtt fra kirsebrene. Flyelsmyke tanniner som er godt integrert. I alt en meget flott balansert vin. Ettersmak som sitter lenge.

  December 6, 2015 - Four hours breathing before she was ready to dance...continued to improve over the next two hours. Light brownish-red on the eye. A feeling of softness envelops the sipper simply from having a look. Mellow sous bois and soft, slightly earthy red fruit on the nose with hints of chocolate and espresso...the warmth continues with every sniff to the point of feeling fuzzy. Soft, dirt with mushrooms, light ripe red fruits and dark chocolate on the palate. The warmth continues unabated. The softness of this red Burgundy is a happy, yes we are going to say it, warm moment! Great QPR! Having the opportunity to buy and sip any Hospices de Beaune wine is a privilege...and equally a pleasure!
