April 26, 2020 - J’ai apprécié plus ce vin que les deux dernières fois. On dirait qu’il a gagné en amplitude. Il est très orienté sur les fruits noirs avec beaucoup de matière en bouche. Il est quand même assez costaud pour un savigny! Contrairement à ma première impression qui commence à dater il est encore bien vigoureux.

March 2, 2019 - Mon opinion est relativement similaire à ma dernière évaluation. La longueur en bouche est bonne. Le vin offre encore une belle fraîcheur mais il manque de fruits.

January 15, 2018 - Le vin offre ne belle texture avec des tannins bien intégrés. C'est très agréable a boire mais c'a manque un peu d'amplitude et de complexité. L'on y retrouve quand même une belle fraicheur en bouche. Je ne crois pas que j'attendrais d'avantage pour entamer mes autres bouteilles du même millésime.

March 18, 2015 - Enjoyed this Savigny Premier Cru at the amazing Joe Beef in Montréal. Showed a bit of sulphur on the nose for a while, but it was almost pleasant in its faintness. Underneath was a medium-bodied, fruit forward Savigny that was not overpowered by the Côte de Bœuf we enjoyed. This, however, will probably prove to be a special wine with time, rather than being one to drink so young in a restaurant.
