    March 27, 2015 - Great wine!
Red fruits and some pleasant oxidation on the nose. Medium body, red fruits, balanced acidity on the palette. Good on its' own but great to dressed raw cauliflower, mayonnaise, sultan raisins, lumpfish roe and crutons.

December 3, 2014 - 90% listan negro with a bunch of other varietals aged for 28 months in stainless or neutral wood tank. Really inviting and certainly an extremely complex wine. Slight smokiness mixed in with subtle floral and red bright fruit notes. Great underlying acidity/structure. One of those wines that is awesome to drink over two nights to (try and) wrap your head around.
