June 6, 2020 - I love this wine. So good. Mountain herbs, a savory note. Was awesome with grilled salmon.

May 14, 2018 - Slightly oxidative on the nose.

Dry and taut on the palate, with a savory note that is pretty attractive. My wife didn't care for this, but I like it quite a bit.

June 17, 2017 - Last bottle. Seems to have lost some of its citrusy flavors. More like herbs and hay. Still has plenty of minerality. Off bottle?

August 7, 2016 - Love it. Lime and grapefruit. Stony and love the mountain herbal influence.

July 28, 2016 - The brisk minerality of the first two bottles more or less disappeared and revealed a pure beautiful lemony vein that spiked and receded with each taste. The wine remains very clean and pure with a refreshing mouth feel. It is still a beautiful golden yellow.

July 20, 2016 - Love the pineapple/grapefruit aspect of this wine as well as the herbal notes on the finish. Also love the aromatics of this wine. I also detect a slight oxidative note which detracts a bit. Still good though.

February 7, 2016 - This bottle didn't seem as focused and sharp as the previous one. It's still plenty good and still a bit hard to describe.

December 12, 2015 - Light gold in the glass; interesting nose, with a slight oxidative note.

Refreshing on the palate, nice finish, sweet & sour fruits. I like the wine, but this isn't a wine for everybody.

December 9, 2015 - Wow! Loved this. Combining the two most recent positive notes before this one reflects my experience just about perfectly. I was wary reading 'apples' as a descriptor, but this is indeed pretty (crisp) apple-like, only in a completely good way - and with healthy doses of stone, dry herbs, and such. Dang! Serious stuff, yet all too easy to drink, and fantastic with chow. Glad I bought more than a few from Belluard prior to tasting any, based on a few recs; now I'm super eagerly looking forward to checking out some of the other bottlings.

November 13, 2015 - This wine exceeds our expectations by a wide margin. Tastes and smells of crisp apples with herbally afternotes. Very clean and pure without defects.
