November 11, 2020 - A very nice, rounded and smooth 2010 Bordeaux that is drinking really well now. Good fruit nice finish. Great bargain if you can find it.

May 22, 2020 - Decanted for 4 hours and it really opened up. Deep brick red in color. Nose of floral perfume, vanilla, lots of oak. Rich blackberry, raspberry, followed by black pepper, blueberry, chocolate, with a touch of mint. Flavors linger in your mouth, almost turning citrus lemon.

August 3, 2018 - Dark maroon brick in color. Nose of oaky perfume. Silky texture on tongue, with a delicate nature. Oaky perfume flavors with lush black berry and mint. Not super complex, but tasty.

September 12, 2017 - Good/Very Good. DRY, dry, dry. Blackberries, violets, tobacco. Delicious.

May 7, 2017 - Initial tasting: Deep red. Still closed nose with a hint of vanilla and blackberry in the nose. Flavors are tart and astringent, with olallieberry peeking thru. Quite a bit of tartaric crystals on the cork, which means the wine was not cold stabilized. Fruit emerges with air. Still needs time.

Retasting 10/1/18: Notes not much different. A touch of green tannins in the finish — perhaps from mechanical harvesting? Could have used more oak.
