  April 28, 2019 - Monthly Tasting Group: Rieslings (Ngon Bistro, St. Paul, MN): Small taste. If this is extra brut, well something went wrong. Tastes sweet, Demi-sec at least. Malt, sweet apples, spritzy carbonation, cheap Cava-like.

  March 21, 2018 - An extremely dry and mineral driven style of bubbles. Very small, light bubbles with a strong salty note. Fine but not great or my style.

  November 2, 2015 - As much as I love German Riesling, this totally did not work for me. Extra dry, extra lean and kind of mean. Great energy and Riesling aromatics, but ultimately too austere for me. Like 2010 on steroids. Followed over three nights.
