November 8, 2019 - Here it starts to be interesting - lovely wine, lots of energy. Atlantic ocean freshness and saktiness.

January 13, 2019 - An hour of air. Continued to open up as we drank it. Light citrus, almond, butter, wet rocks on the nose at first. About a half hour later ( ie 90 minutes after opening) an amazing scent of the Atlantic Ocean just washed over me - more than just chalk or salinity, I have never quite smelled this before. On the palate steel, beurre noisette, green apple, touch of apricot. Elegant and understated. Haunting.
Score 98-99. Relative to expectations: +++

May 19, 2018 - Early phase of development, already very long and interesting. Depth here is amazing.

May 3, 2018 - Amazing wine. Decanted about 30 minutes. So deep and penetrating. Nutty and buttery and the most amazing waxy texture on the palate. Still carries a lively acidity. Came back to a glass about an hour later and a kaleidescope of flavors and tones were racing around and there was more of a minerality present. The finish was crazy long and just lingered all over the palate. On and on and on...really terrific stuff.

January 14, 2016 - The best white wine in bordeaux. Aroma very good. Very powerful white wine. Open for three hours still getting better
