July 10, 2017 - Wow This has developed beautifully since I had my first bottle. The originally overwhelming acidity has tamed to the point of mouth watering freshness. Perhaps I didn't give it enough air time but the nose was fairly mute but the complexity and all round Pinot loveliness was shining through. Lovely.

I found the acid very high, but there was plenty going on underneath to suggest this will be very fine when the acidity settles. Very Burgundian. At the moment though even on day two it was too acid for me. Leave alone for at least 2-3 years. No score because I am not experienced in tasting such immature Pinots
