    June 2, 2018 - Straight out of the fridge slightly reductive and tight at first, but opens up in quarter of an hour to pure and minimalistic aromas of wet limestone, lemon/grapefruit zests and a very understated creaminess, like lemon curd. Bone dry and impressively structured with firm acidity, intense flavours and low alcohol (12% abv). The focus when the wine slowly reaches optimum temperature (12-15 degrees) is nothing but breathless. A rock solid, timeless, mineral expression without neither youthful tones nor any signs of approaching maturity. So, will cruise for years. Another masterpiece of Ganevat's.

    April 7, 2018 - Oh, lemon curd on both the nose and palate with lots of minerality and really good acidity. It is a very enjoyable wine.

    October 21, 2017 - These notes are from last evening when we took this bottle to a local restaurant. It was very enjoyable with bracing acidity, lovely minerality and citrus fruit. It went well with a variety of vegetarian dishes.

    October 17, 2016 - Pale yellow. The first sniff breathes life into the soul with a burst of fresh lemons, hints of white flowers, stone fruit, and cream. Very pure fruit on the palate with vibrant acids and a long finish. Utterly balanced, as unquestionable as the cold fresh water of a mountain spring. 50 + 18 + 16 + 9 = 93.
