  March 6, 2024 - Served blind. Drinking exceptionally well.....
  
  Ted's white brought to the table tonight. Medium yellow in color. Nose of classic, buttery Aubert.
  
  Palate of oak and lemon cream. This went down way too easy. I'm usually not a fan of 'long aged' Aubert but this one was exceptional. 96

  December 25, 2023 - Popped and poured. Attractive nose out of the box. The wine is super smooth, pure, remarkably fresh and elegant. Orchard fruit of white peach with some tropical and mineral notes. Layered and complex without showing its age this has evolved into a really beautiful Chardonnay.

  December 8, 2023 - Perhaps I have been living in Europe too long, where oak at this level is considered to be outlandish. I am not enjoying these overdone wines. This Aubert is obviously well-crafted but way over-the-top. People giving it 96 points or more, really? Has your palate gone crazy? De gustibus, I guess. Should have shared it with the label chasers I used to know.

  August 22, 2023 - Yellow with a hint of gold. Subtle peach and pear on the nose. Mature but not old, citrus, pineapple, mango and a finishing touch of vanilla and oak. Some savory toast on the back end. Really nice.
