May 27, 2017 - 12.0% - Clear, med lemon, thin bubbles / clean, med intensity - meyer lemon, custard, fresh butter, spicy, mineral / dry, high refreshing acidity, med- body, med+ intensity, persistent length. This is very well balanced with thin bubbles which develops an impressive mousse. This wine punches way above its weight class and could give a serious run to many champagne. 90+

December 24, 2016 - Très bon mousseux sans excès d'acidité. Sec et assez élégant. Peut-être une touche d'amertume en finale qui dérange un peu, mais quand même un bon achat.
