July 5, 2023 - More savoury than fruity with some earthiness and solid acidity on the palate. I don't have a lot of experience 'aged' Tempier Rose, but this was quite good and likely comes down to if you like these wines younger (more freshness, fruit and vibrancy) or older (earthy, savoury and less fruit)...no wrong answer.

June 18, 2023 - Really interesting and enjoyable to drink this. Had an earthiness to it, and an intriguing finish which had underlying coffee / mocha bean note, which was very long.

April 14, 2023 - I liked to age my Tempier rose but maybe this is a year or two more than it needed. But still delicious on the more savory side of spectrum.
