April 23, 2023 - Nutty and creamy. Still seemed decent though it’s probably past the prime.

November 10, 2019 - Still rather youthful with zesty citrus, green apple, white flowers and crushed rock. With time in the glass and higher temperature the fruit takes on a bit riper and more yellow character. Barely medium bodied with fresh, zesty acidity and the flavors mirrors the nose. Very good intensity and persistence on the palate.

Ready to drink and I don't think this wine will improve much with further aging. But my experience with aged Etna Bianco is very limited.

March 13, 2018 - Carracante blended with a couple other native grapes. Ripe tree fruits, floral notes and minerals. Full bodied, medium acidity. Will not benefit from further aging.

February 5, 2016 - An unusual white wine as the volcanic soil seemed to permeate it. It is well made with bright acidity and relatively low alcohol. Very light and good as an apero.
