June 9, 2023 - Started slow - tart red fruit, short finish. With a couple hours of air, it really opened up, showing a darker fruit profile, a long silky finish. Just lovely.

September 9, 2022 - Wow, beautiful wine. Last bottle was the best. Layers of red fruit that are perfectly ripe, but not jammy. A little bit of oak spice and herbs on the back end, it has a very silky (not watery) texture and long finish. Hard to believe a Zin is this fresh at 9 years old. Seems like it could hold for awhile under good conditions, but certainly is in the prime drinking window.

July 31, 2022 - Boom! This is the real deal! Zippy zinberry perfume with a hint of woodsmoke/toast, great palate with full body, refreshing acidity for perfect balance, long, lingering finish that seems to almost have a bit of rs - which I’m sure the wine doesnt have, it’s just that rich. This hit everything I wanted and then some! Closer to 94 than 92. Even Better than I remembered. Great, great Zin!
