  September 2, 2023 - Gourmetklubbens femtiosjätte middag (A+N, Sundbyberg): (Disgorged in 2015, 100% Chardonnay, dosage approx. 6 gr/L)
  Yellow colour with a hint of tropical citrus notes, hazelnuts and some chalkiness in a mature and pleasant way. Citrus acidity on the palate with a tropical citrus zest bitterness on the lengthy finish.

  October 2, 2018 - At a very good stage right now. Bright golden color with a fine perlage. Bouquet of apples, some honey and a champagne like brioche note. Medium body with a persistent finish. Altogether it seems younger than 10 years and I would expect, that it will hold for at least another decade.

  December 31, 2017 - The rate of 90 is given for its unbelievable drinkability. It is so charming and approachable. Goes fine with food (in our case shrimps with lemon and mayonaise) as well as just for enjoying a glass without food. Fine and shiny golden color in the glass. Many fine, small, persistent bubbles, even the day after. The nose and taste is not exactly complex; simple notes of apple and pear is dominating. Much better than most cremants and miles better than champagne at the same price.

  May 7, 2017 - Really Nice stuff. Apple, pear, yeast, wrapped in a fresh package. Fine bubbles.
