December 1, 2010 - Impenetrable dark red to purple in colour, The wine has wonderful flavour extraction, with the core of the wine being blackberry and plum fruit. Throughout there is a smattering of white pepper and some savoury influences from the oak. The wine has a well proportioned tannin structure and considerable length.
