August 10, 2007 - Don't know about this one... At first, beautiful nose with smoked cherries and dried flowers. On palate however rather hollow - I was disappointed,
especially for this usually amazing vineayrd. Didn't strike with balance or any hidden promises. -

This has what it takes to really be exciting in a few years but if you can't wait or want to check out your first bottle then give it an hour of air and put it on the dinner table. A good example of how 2004 will probably turn out to be a better vintage than reported, and if Bruno Clair can do this in 2004 then sign me up for the 2005 edition.
