December 30, 2023 - Held up well across two days. Fully developed, quite harmonious nose with earth, smoked meat, truffle, and a little more fruit apparent on day two. Quite soft, but still with some gentle tannins. Acid drives the structure, perhaps a little tangy. Medium length. Not complicated but certainly enjoyable, probably on a gentle downward slope at this point.

December 3, 2023 - Soft, plush, but also earthy. A few green notes but I still like it

August 30, 2023 - Well preserved for a 22 y.o. Cru Bourgeois Bordeaux. nice fragrant earthy nose and soft palate that still has some life. Noticeable iron blood, mint and red fruit terrific QPR for $30 at the Wine Exchange

February 25, 2023 - Had to be flawed, that was not good.

February 17, 2023 - I am, once again, amazed at this wine and how it is so alive for a Cru Bourgeois and 22 years old. Very soft and round, no tannins, but with plenty of nice red fruits, quite present in the nose and mouth but also nicely balanced and restrained. Even the color on this is very much alive, bricking only a bit at the rim. Really quite lovely all the way around. 5-13-17-9: 94/100.
