  March 18, 2024 - Nose: tar, grassy, cherry, spices
  Notes: tasted blind and before the Montille Malconsorts 2007. This wine shows plenty of tar and grassy aroma and aside from that it's pretty muted. Time probably would help but I see little potential in this. Malconsorts is usually a hit or miss for me and this one in particular was a sure miss. For the benefit of doubt I would suggest one to lay it down for another 5-6 years and try again.

  March 18, 2024 - Good transparency but slightly rustic, like most of Montille’s wine. The lighter palate reflected the vintage. It has a bit too much oak at this stage. 90-91

  August 20, 2023 - pretty fragrant nose with some leather and grilled meats, but the palate was lighter and rather diluted. Acidity was higher than expected, but the palate was really not great, showing obvious tartness and astringent. Showed some spices on the nose a little later, with more fruit like black cherries and cassis, along with what almost seemed like grilled corn. Sadly I really did not like the palate at all.

  March 19, 2021 - 甘草和些许烟草气息，黑樱桃与李子的果味不算丰富但很成熟甜美。因为橡木桶带来的风味比较克制，所以整体香气表现干净、均衡。酸度很好，单宁略显生涩，但平衡、立体且集中的口感能带来很好的愉悦感。
