October 8, 2018 - Ved første flaske i 2015 ble jeg skuffet over denne vinen. Nå viste den seg fra en bedre side. God nese med jordbær/bringebær. Lett og delikat anslag med fin lys frukt og gis syre. Fin balanse. Minner meg om en burgunder i middel-prissjiktet. Holdt godt dag to også.

Litt tobakk i avslutning. Ingen grunn til å spare lengre på disse - drikk opp. 88p

September 26, 2016 - Best på dag 2. Pen nese bestående av bringebær og jordbær. Nydelig rødbærsfrukt også i munnen. God syre. Elegant og nydelig balansert. Topp alene eller til mat. Bourgogne Rouge killer!

May 18, 2016 - * Appearance: Brick red and relatively light in colour.
    * Nose: Lovely nose of wild strawberries, cherries, raspberries, roses, with a touch of something sweet & sour.
    * Palate: An old-school-Burgundy type of Nebbiolo; light in colour, relatively light body but so soft, juicy, mature in a fruity way, elegantly "perfumed" (I could swear I even had a whiff of the most floral grappa somewhere in there). And then, just as I had dreamt myself all the way up to Burgundy it finishes with the signature Nebbiolo dry bite at the exit, throwing me gently back to the rolling hills of Piemonte.
    * Overall: So, is nothing missing? Is nothing wrong with this wine? Yes, there is: I have only one more bottle left! On a slightly more serious note though it could be argued that the mouth feel does not quite follow up all the way - broader at the arrival, narrowing down a bit towards the middle. But with such an elegance and sheer seductiveness, not to mention the very reasonable price, who cares?
    * Cellaring: The wine appears perfectly mature and so delicate and nervous that one might easily be afraid of further cellaring. My gut feeling though is that this might be one of those wonderful wines which reaches maturity and then just stays and stays....(drink by 2016 or 2020 or 2025 or 2030...?)
    * Summary: A wonderful nosing wine, a lovely sipping wine and a great food wine! Pure seductive elegance!
