December 3, 2020 - Blackberry, black raspberry, and plum. Mid-palate has some graphite, leather, mocha, and an every so subtle bell pepper note. Dusty, soft tannins at this point, nice long finish. Nice drinking window right now but will still go a few more years for sure.

November 1, 2020 - Deep indigo color. Blackberry, raspberry, cherry, with a touch of saddle leather and clove on the palate. Full bodied with a medium finish. Nicely balanced tannins. This was Craig’s first attempt with Diamond Mountain fruit. It has taken some time to develop the current level of balance. I agree with recent comments that this is best served pop and pour. Air does not help this at this stage.

August 3, 2020 - Significantly improved since my last bottle and thought this was better than the 2014 Craig we drank side by side. Raspberry, blueberry, plum, steely granite and a hint of sweetness on the finish. Full bodied with smooth, integrated tannins and for me, the distinguishing element...a dusty, nicely balanced finish.

May 30, 2020 - Tried pop and pour this time, since others noted how more air time didn't do this wine well. This made all the difference to me. Lush fruit with enough structure and some secondary notes to make it interesting. Drinking well with about 15 - 30 minutes in bottle/glass. No need to decant this wine IMO. YMMV, depending on your preferences.

March 23, 2019 - Found this disappointing. Immediately upon opening this had a lovely floral aroma and a robust, fruit filled palate. I decanted this and let it sit for two hours before coming back to find it had closed down completely. It remained closed the rest of the evening and into the next day.
