July 8, 2017 - Similar to last year. Buttery at first, but then settled into a nice glide of yellow citrus and popcorn flavors. Fairly unctuous, but also maintained its focus pretty well over the course of a couple hours of consumption. Drink now.

August 13, 2016 - PnP with notes of lemon citrus, pear, popcorn, and a bit of vanilla. Straightforward and simple, but a pleasant drink nonetheless. Air didn't change this much. In the end, a little humdrum.

June 16, 2016 - Delicious and complex, with apple, vanilla, melon, and grassy notes. Oak and light acidity; medium-to-long finish. I wish I had more bottles.

January 29, 2016 - Just fantastic. Apple compote, creme fraiche tang, and a juicy, bright finish. Like all EK chards this is best when it's been out of the fridge for a bit. Do not over chill. It flattens out the flavors!
