November 9, 2022 - Aroma: tropical and citrus fruits, vanilla, wet stone and buttered popcorn.
Palate: lemon curd, honeycomb, saline, creamy, silky mouthfeel, well-balanced, soft acidity with a medium-long finish.
Had a few shrimp and chips to cleanse the palate and surprisingly it paired nicely as it brought out the sweetness of the wine. Also paired this with Napolitan (Japanese Ketchup Spaghetti) and a beef with vegetable soup and it was delicious! A very nice older California Chardonnay that can hold its own. 92-93

May 14, 2022 - Opened and poured, with Long grain thai. Pale hay coloring, cort was very tight. Brisk acidity and a green apple entrance, warming to acidic steely notes of quince, more green apple, lemon-lime, slight gooseberry. There was an odd note that blew off quickly, and I can't place it because it was so brief. Overall a very nice effort....not a heavy oak/butter bomb.

April 24, 2020 - The wine is drinking very nicely and is at its peak. I would not hold these longer as its starting to enter middle age.

May 6, 2018 - Served with sautéed scallops, rice, asparagus.
    Look: nice yellow/gold, appealing.
Sniff: muted nose of grapefruit and peach.
Taste: smoke, a bit of vanilla, some acid, medium length. I suspect we served this wine too cool. We expected more than we got.

December 9, 2016 - Apples, spices, crushed stones, pineapple, and flowers on the nose. Good acidity, orange peel, citrus, and minerals on the palate. Nice finish.
