March 3, 2017 - Drinking very well; out the gate, perhaps too chilled, there is elegant acidity and grapefruit kernels, apple wedges, a little warmer and some toasty, rich fruit character dominates, still quite elegant and very easy drinker. Beats a lot of entry level champagne, I'd say.

Smak: lätt tropisk frukt och kalkig mineralitet. Lite lägre än medel i syra.
Väldigt trevlig på doften (älskar den där lite gödselskitiga och kalkiga mineraliteten). Lättare och mer intetsägande i smaken. Vinner nog inte så mycket på lagring.
