October 15, 2023 - PnP and drank over 3 hours. No detailed notes. Opaque ruby black. Medium+ body. Very long finish. Prominent spice. Black cherry and licorice, with hints of strawberry. Plenty of life left. I’m adding another 4 years to the drinking window, but it may be great longer than that.

Dark juicy fruit (blackberry, boysenberry, blueberry) with a nice spicy component and a hint of pepper. Fairly bold and rich with a sense of alcohol on the finish. -

February 23, 2021 - Lovely ripe berry nose. Richly fruited, raspberries, blackberries, anise. Firm tannins, great acidity, good balance. Finishes long with dark fruits. Slight bit of heat on the finish. Drinking nicely but I'd drink these over the next 2 years.
