October 23, 2021 - Cigar, dark cherry, vanilla, spice, barnyard upon opening. Nice acidity. Paired beautifully with Osso Buco with Farro (spelt) risotto.

June 7, 2016 - A few years ago this was a great wine, the 2010. But the quality has seriously declined.
But it's funny how they manage to ship 2010's of this wine to several importers in my country, DK several years after the vintage was released. Also it's funny that they changed the design of the bottles, but the vintage hasn't changed. Go figure....
June 7, 2016 - Dark purple. Oaky when opened. Dark fruit with cherry notes, vanilla and smokiness. Quaffable but probably only worth $20 or so. Not the restaurant pricing

July 23, 2015 - Sehr dunkles intensives Rot, verschlossen in der NAse aber auf der Zunge ein Gigant. extrem konzentirert, kräftig, tanningeladen, meine Zunge ist jetzt noch pelzig. Ein Wein für die Liebhaber der Kraftmeier!
