December 17, 2023 - Good deep colour, cherry red.
Bright lifted floral nose, ripe, cherry and raspberry.
Blueberry, raspberry, bright ripe berries, lovely fine spice, silky tannins, very fine acidity. Very stylish, refined, lovely drinking but with structure to age.

July 22, 2023 - Popped and poured; initially this was really polished and a bit modern; almost New World in feel; that said it was really tasty; black currant and plum, orange peel, a bit of spice, some floral perfume; the palate has very nice depth and concentration for a village wine and a long lingering finish with an orange pekoe tea note that stays. With more air, the nose tightens up and becomes more recognizably Burgundy though still on the modern side; and some structure emerges. For me this was a really enjoyable bottle; not a purely classic Chambolle like say Mugnier or Barthod, but damn good. Is it worth the current prices? Not at all for me. I'd happily buy this again for $80-100; no chance I'd pay $300. Oh well, have a couple more which should go a ways yet. This was still primary for me.

January 13, 2019 - Not bad but not great. Drank Right after the Nuit St George from SC. This was a step below. A bit out of balance but still decent.

December 1, 2018 - Mørk rød. Lukket ved åpning, men kommer seg etter 1 times tid med luft. Mørk, mørk frukt. Hadde nok kanskje havnet i Vosne blindt her ja. Sorte, sursøte kirsebær, kirsebærlikør og noen lakristoner. Fløyelsmyk tekstur i munn. Helt utrolig tiltalende fylde.

March 2, 2018 - La Paulée Zachy's Auction (Mourad - SF, CA): Very sexy and appealing black cherry with Vosne spice. Velvety, smooth in the mouth. Young and primary, but showing wonderfully especially in the context of the vintage.
