    December 24, 2019 - 2019.12.23 Christmas Eve with Corbin
( flight with 2010 Amoit Clos de las Roche Grand Cru M-S-D (C.C. M-S-D’s best wine) )
    Dark color,
    Rich, but not fruity nose,
Mouth was dark fruits, earth, complex, satisfying
Finish was long but lacking power, very little fruit.

    December 23, 2019 - dark color,
Rich nose, but not the open fruit I was expecting,
    Earthy mouth, nicely complex
Long finish but surprisingly little fruit

December 10, 2019 - Surprisingly drinkable without just getting a sweet hint of future complexity or girth! True Champans underlaying velvety support, with dark red notes supporting the brighter tones that led the palate. Some good tart cherry, lingonberry, dark red fruit and a baked rhubarb flavor on the back 25% of the palate.Nicely delineated fruit, with that D’Angerville class throughout.

November 23, 2019 - Blind Pinots (Prairie Grass Cafe): Blind and paired with the '11. This is clearly the superior wine of the pair and was old world and Cote de Beuane through and through. The nose is so intensely red cherry and floral. I immediately went to Volnay. Nice concentration with good density and layering. Fresh acids. A complete wine, but still quite young. A success in 2013.

October 31, 2019 - PnP. Du fruit. Du fruit. Du fruit. C'est beau et soyeux. Des cerises délicates. Aucun élevage. J'adore. 92-93pts
