May 25, 2023 - MERLOT - this totally describes this wine. The aromas of dark fruit and minerality are the first things you notice. The flavors of dark fruit, earthy tones and the boldness of this wine are accented on the palate. This wine has more life in the bottle, but is drinking fabulous now! The balance of the alcohol, acidity, and tannins make this wine one of the better merlots. I apologize for disagreeing with my peers on this wine, but this is now it came across to me!

February 19, 2022 - This wine is a solid 89-90. Give it some time to open up and blow off the old mustiness . The palate is bitter dark chocolate but primarily dark black cherry with a good amount of acidity. I bought this from a cellar and it’s a better than adequate bottle of wine
