Community Tasting Notes 2

January 15, 2018 - Much better than the last one two years ago- much softer and no harsh acidity. Drank with rainbow trout - ice fishing opener 2018

December 3, 2017 - This was a really enjoyable bottle of entrance level Burgundy. Totally red fruited on the nose underlaid with a bit of earth and herbs. Lively acidity, red fruit (again) and finishing with a good length. Although 2011 is considered a riper vintage, this Bourgogne Passetoutgrains comes around wonderful fresh. Of course it is not super complex and the last tension is missing on the palate but I really enjoyed it. Drink now, I don´t think it will improve in the future.
