  April 25, 2016 - My neighbor brought these back from Burgundy. Made for a wine store in Beaune I believe. Ruby in color. The nose has nice cherries. On the palate, this is at peak I think but no hurry. Plenty of fruit; cherries with dark cherries. Slight tannins. Good acidity. Nice finish. Not an amazing wine, but certainly outstanding.

  April 24, 2016 - This is in a very nice place. Some fruit starting to show, dark red fruit. I thought and Jane also a little oxidation on colorLoren felt not yet. Starting to show some complexity, still a little tannin so will be nice to see where this goes. A really nice look back to my visit to Beaune. Should still develop. Unfortunately ( for my memory of this but not for me) then we brought out the Maybach which was my WOTN and a real bomb that overshadowed this by a long shot at this time of night.

  February 1, 2015 - Irancy Calling: Celebrating Saint Vincent; 1/30/2015-2/2/2015 (Chablis - Irancy - Beaune): Heady elegant, soft and a beautiful brownish colour.
  Aromas are changing continuously from meaty to roses, to smokies.
  Glorious.
  In the mouth is profound, acid and with a good length.
  A bottle that merits to be remembered despite this unknown, to some, producer. It worths every inch of its name. Very Amoureuses-like.
  Sharing quiche lorriene and croque Monsieur sandwich in Beaune.
  
  Rematadamente elegante, suave y de un precioso color amarronado.
  Aromas que cambian continuamente de cárnicos a rosas a ahumados. Glorioso.
  La boca es profunda, con acidez y larga persistencia.
  Una botella que merece ser recordada pese a lo desconocido, para algunos, del productor. Merece su nombre. Muy Amoureuses.
  Acompañando una quiché y un sándwich en Beaune.
