March 10, 2020 - Absolutely beautiful wine from first sniff to last sip. Dense dark, resin black fruit with hints of herbs that float over the plate without weight or meatiness. Stunning. At Pico in Los Alamos
September 7, 2019 - A lovely SMG blend, although a touch tart. Still a fun bottle that was enjoyable with pizza. I might question $70 for a 93 but what the hell.

November 27, 2017 - Linne Calodo wines seem to be ready to drink much sooner than you would expect. Took this baby to a birthday bash and after 39 minutes it was ready to drink. A big wine with lots of dark red fruit, a slight herbaceous aroma with a little graphite in the finish. Great now and will be even better over the next 3 years.
September 23, 2016 - Deep ruby color. Medium bodied with a lithe, supple texture but with a bit of structure and balancing acidity. 15.4% ABV is well concealed. Syrah dominated "SMG" blend. Dark blue fruit and smokey, meaty notes combine well.
