June 22, 2019 - Pet-Nat ... funk as others said ... yup. Not a style for me. Not sure what I was expecting, but this, for me, just wasn't a good wine.

N: funk, gueuze beer like nose but also turkish delight. Not especially enticing.
P: hint of bright summer strawberry on the finish. Dry and very clean refreshing finish. Well done sparkling with a quaffable quality to it. Really enjoyed this as an unfussed aperitif.
