The grape to this wine is grown at 40 years old vines in Les Damaudes, surrounded by 1er crus and Grands Crus of Vosne-Romanee.

Just wanted to check out one bottle of 2012 vintage and see how this develope.

    Gave airiation for 4 hours

Beautiful color of bright ruby with garnet rim.

Detailed scented and layered with red berries, strawberries, spices and some leaves, floral, violets on a sublime nose.

Silky layers of scent with fresh and smooth ripe fruits. Fresh and clear brilliant red berries. Distinguished medium plus acidity, consistently powerful texture and well integrated tannins.

This wine is still in a kind of sleeping mode, but give it enough airiation and the wine will slovly wake up., but I will keep it in the basement for another 5-10 years.
