Community Tasting Notes 1

April 18, 2018 - Fruit, acid, tannins, wood all in balance with 14% alcohol. No heat, tannins are relatively light, fruit is ripe red berries softened off by the malbec. Wood is fairly subtle, no splinters and no varnish. All in all a fairly balanced wine that would likely improve with a few more years in the cellar. Drinking nicely now with a grilled eye fillet steak and veg. For the price, very good value. 90.
