July 22, 2016 - 90+ here today and this is a welcome refresher. Changes since last tasting:
Color has changed from yellow to orange
Bubbles went from explosive to subtle
Strong sour Citrus changed to Tropical nose and grapefruit primary flavor
Overall much improved. Yes a pet nat wine with all the funk but this is the winery style. -

March 13, 2016 - Another selection from our natural wine enthusiast friend and what an oddball this is. The thick residual of yeast at the bottom of the bottle and what ends up in your glass might be off-putting to some. This opens with a very tropical nose of grapefruit and tangerine. Color is sort of orangey and the taste kind of reminded me of "Orangina" drink. It is slightly effervescent and kind of fun. Would be great on hot summer day on the deck.

October 3, 2015 - Fantastic wine; both for enjoyment and interest factor. More effervescent that a real bubbly, delivers in full flavors and reasonable balance. The unexpected flavors (and sediment) are not for everyone.
