January 29, 2019 - Strange flavor. Don't love. Not going to buy again. Skunky. Off balance. Lingers on the palate with an almost metallic/rotted meat flavor. Hard to describe. It's ok. Not too great.

On est ici dans tout la subtilité du pinot noir, probablement trop subtil pour moi. Je ne sais pas si la température était mauvaise ou c'était mon humeur trop maussade, mais je n'ai pas éprouvé un grand plaisir à déguster ce pinot de l'Oregon, moi qui les adore habituellement. Seuls les tanins sont bien présents et vous en mettent plein la gueule. Pour le reste, il faudra repasser, mais bon, moi je ne pense pas que je vais le faire. Trop cher!
