March 29, 2024 - This was one was harder to understand. Powerful and larger scaled and still quite youthful. Rather vibrant young red fruit notes and no significant tertiary notes. Tannins were quite prominent and coarse, and even a little green adding a herbaceousness to the finish. Seemed to have a bright future but unclear how that herbaceous note will age.

March 29, 2024 - Got my note in before Nutty08! This was a broad shouldered, masculine wine (in contrast to the delicate Hudelot Noellat VR Beaumonts alongside). Notes of eucalyptus and berry compote. Very melded and complete. It has broad shouldered structure and a definite green pepper note. He thinks it will improve, I’m not so sure.

January 1, 2024 - From a Mag. This opened up with leafy goodness and forward fruit. A few hours in the decanter benefited it immensely. At that stage the wine came together beautifully and took on a seamless quality. Still the fruit is nice and bright. And the leafy complexity stayed. The mouthfeel was a bit coarse at first, but after the decant it evened out quite nicely and fanned out. Delicious wine. Fun to drink now, but can hold many years if you wish.

    October 12, 2023 - Fourrier Latricieres Chambertin 2013
On the nose, some sweet clove, stewed fruit and spice. Palate is on the rich side with some hints of oak, sweet fruit, black fruit, hints of herbs. My tasting notes were a bit sketchy at this point. 94/100

September 15, 2021 - Similar note. Bottle breathe for 2 hours. Great nose with cherry, violet and perfume. The palate is clear, fresh, integrated tannin and some complexity. Medium to long finishing.
