December 27, 2022 - Absolutely fabulous after 30 minutes of air. Finish never ends.

December 25, 2022 - 10/31: hint of enoki mushroom when paired with (dry mustard, coconut sugar, black pepper/ Himalayan salt) crusted steelhead and roasted vegetables. 12/25: paired with embutido, Morcón, panforte, tropical fruit salad and assorted charcuterie/cheese (93)

October 2, 2022 - The Vinous review on 1/2015 by AG of this vintage still holds true, yet we opened this one after over 7 years more in the cellar. Gorgeous Burgundian secondary notes pour out of the glass — damp forest, hot cocoa, green olive. A feast for the senses, don’t drink this one too young or you’ll miss out on all the magic!

February 18, 2022 - Nose began with clove and rose petal, hints of smoke, palate brings a luscious burst of red fruits, leading with cherry and pomegranate - overall really nicely balanced, complex, luscious mouth feel. Drinking great right now.

August 21, 2021 - a lot more interesting aromatically after several hours, earthy & musky in the best sense; mature, but hardly past peak.

pan-roasted pork chop, buttermilk blue cheese; butterbeans & corn
