May 16, 2018 - Blinds at home (Chicago, IL): Quite nondescript on the nose and the palate. There's a minute bit of reduction on the nose. Good freshness with some lean acidity. Not too complex, and a little bit of a rounder texture that doesn't immediately say Chablis. Overall, a very ordinary wine. Reminds me of those aliens on Futurama who are just neutral about everything.
