  May 12, 2021 - My final bottle of this, and I enjoyed it much more. Dry and refreshing, I had it outside on the patio after a round of golf with some pre-pizza Greek salad.

  December 23, 2019 - Drinking really well right now. lot of things going on, rose petals, orange peel, honeycomb, and strawberry on the nose. Great acidity. I am going to hold my last bottle another 3-4 years to see how it develops

  September 24, 2017 - Lighter style orange wine. Nice white and light red fruits, medium body, moderate tannic dryness, with great acidity and minerality. Held its own against red meat.

  April 6, 2017 - Last bottle consistent with previous two. I stupidly didn't drink this one during a Champions League game, so I wasn't able to test its ability to induce penalties for a third straight time.
