July 26, 2020 - Opened at Boulder after couples championship. Completely different than last bottle as there was no NZ notes here. Citrus notes and still drinking very well.

July 29, 2019 - Better than other SBs I've had from Bedrock. Moderate oak, the SB fruit is riper than exemplars from NZ and comes through the oak intact, and it all seems integrated. That said, I am not very interested in this Grand Cru Bordeaux style. I like it fresh, juicy, and balanced with Semillon. The best CA Sauvignon Blanc I've had in this style is the 2017 Dragonette from Grimm's Bluff. The fruit has more juicy intensity, a bit of Chardonnay apple character, and the oak signature is just enough to detect.

May 25, 2019 - A little past its prime but still drinkable. Tastes more like an unoaked chard than a true SB

July 11, 2018 - In decline - drink now. Mellowed out from last bottle.

April 10, 2018 - A lot more grassy than the last bottle. Still has good lemon and lime citris but drinking much more like a rounded NZ SB. Not as acidic and drinking just fine but not as exciting as the last bottle. Drink up.
