  August 28, 2008 - Starts out with nice aromas of raspberry and spice. Soft, medium bodied wine with a touch of tannin still. Better with food. After a 2 hours, black pepper begins to emerge and dominates within an hour. The palate picked up weight. My last bottle and what an interesting history. Initial bottles did seem disjointed with that metallic flavor. The wine cam together about 2 yrs ago. All in all a fare selection for the price. The 2004 was amazing over the summer and the best vintage to date for me.

  March 15, 2008 - Blind Pairs @ Howard's (Old Greenwich, CT): Earthy. Some nice funky wet cement flavors mixed in with the red raspberry fruit. The color, seemed to indicate some bottle age. Grew on me with time.
