January 21, 2024 - Took to Steve's house. He served Veal Parm. I opened the wine 90 min before serving. The wine has rose, strawberry and savory earth, tobacco and minerality.

June 28, 2023 - The fruit showed sweet and a touch overripe, it has a nice bitter touch but overall not performing as expected and not the best QPR. In its youth I was really impressed by this wine, so the deception was extra large.

May 24, 2023 - Very ripe and really sweet. A textbook example of a "modern styled" brunello, but this is unfortunately not really my jam. If this style is your thing, you will like this a lot

January 10, 2023 - Still a really youthful color, with a powerful nose. Honestly just blows away the Ragnaie - not a fair competition. This is profound. Still unfolding. Chocolate, herbs, chalky mineral.

December 7, 2022 - This bottle was rocking. Exotic balsamic jam, dark chocolate, truffle, nutmeg and earthy spices, beautiful purity to the dark red cherry and wild plum fruit, with ideal acidity and balance and fine, nearly imperceptible tannins. Drinking youthfully mature tonight and could easily coast on this plateau for another decade.
